掌柜我似乎可以这样武断地说,现在几乎没有哪位老师会说自己观念陈旧;相反,人人都会说自己“理念新”!但理念是新是旧,我们不应只看“宣言”,更应看课堂教学。最近我听了一位老师的一堂课。这位老师常常发表谈新课标体会的文章,在我印象中,他是比较有新理念的教师。但是从这堂课,我看不出他的理念新在何处。因为他没有通过教学设计将新的教学观念转变成新的教学行为。所以,深入探讨“新课标背景下的教学设计”对当前的语文教改有着十分重要的意义。今天来茶馆的只有一位,没有人陪他聊,掌柜我干脆和他一起来个“二人转”。正好,我对这个话题也感兴趣呢!
The treasurer seems to be able to say arbitrarily that there is hardly any teacher who will say that he is outdated; on the contrary, everyone will say that he is “new!” but the idea is that it is new or old. We should not just look at the “declaration”. Should look at classroom teaching. I recently learned a lesson from a teacher. This teacher often publishes articles about the new curriculum standards. In my impression, he is a teacher with more new ideas. But from this class, I can’t see where his ideas are. Because he did not convert new teaching concepts into new teaching behavior through instructional design. Therefore, it is of great significance for the current Chinese language education reform to thoroughly discuss the “design of teaching in the context of the new curriculum standard”. There was only one in the tea house today. No one talked with him. The treasurer I simply came to join him with a two-person turnaround. Just as I am interested in this topic too!
