历时五天的深圳秋季房地产住宅建材展9月24日在深训高交会馆圆满结束。本次展会协议及意向成交面积23.03万平方米,协议及意向成交2200套,成交金额达14.51亿元人民币。展会秉承“诚信、沟通,让我们住得更好” 的年度主题,坚持展会的规范、专业、实效性,进一步增强了对市民的服务。建设部常务副部长刘志峰、中国建筑装饰协会会长马挺贵、深圳市人民政府副市长卓钦锐、建设部房地产业司副司长陆克华、广东省建设厅副厅长刘锦红、深圳市人民政府顾问、戴德粱行全球董事局主席梁振英、深圳市建设局副局长杨胜军、深圳市住宅局副局长李加林出席了开幕仪式。建设部副部长刘志峰盛赞深圳房地产业所取得的成绩,他指出深圳现今房地产业继续呈现快速、健康的良好发展势头,这体现了深圳在我国城市社会经济发展中,经济实力雄厚,人民生活水平高,社会消费旺盛的良好发展背景。卓钦锐副市长介绍
The five-day Shenzhen Autumn Real Estate Residential Building Materials Exhibition successfully concluded on Sept. 24 at the Shenjiao Hi-Tech Fair. The exhibition agreement and intention to deal an area of 230,300 square meters, the agreement and intention to deal 2,200 sets, turnover amounted to 1.451 billion yuan. Exhibition adhering to the “integrity, communication, let’s live better,” the annual theme, adhere to the norms, professional, effectiveness, and further enhance the services to the public.
