目的:观察通淋清热汤联合索利那新治疗下尿路症状临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2013年1月~2014年1月期间在我院接受治疗的95例下尿路症状临床患者资料,将其随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(47例)。对照组患者采用索利那新缓释片治疗,治疗组患者采用在对照组患者治疗的基础上,同期给予通淋清热汤,治疗3个疗程(1个疗程7天)后,对比两组患者的临床治疗疗效。结果:治疗结束后治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率93.61%,与对照组患者临床治疗总有效率66.67%对比,差异具有统计学意义;治疗结束后两组患者最大尿流率、残余尿量均明显改变,治疗组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,对照组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,治疗组与对照组对比差异具有统计学意义;治疗后两组患者生活质量评分明显改善,治疗组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,对照组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,治疗组患者生活质量评分改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗结束后两组患者前列腺储尿期症状评分明显改善,治疗组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,对照组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,治疗组患者前列腺储尿期症状评分改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后两组患者尿急次数、夜尿次数、急迫性尿失禁次数均明显改变,治疗组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,对照组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,治疗组尿急次数、夜尿次数、急迫性尿失禁次数改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后两组患者24h排尿次数均明显减少,治疗组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,对照组与治疗前对比差异具有统计学意义,治疗组24h排尿次数减少优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;在治疗和观察期间,治疗组2例轻度口干,对照组2例轻度口干,1例轻微头痛,两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义。结论:采用通淋清热汤联合索利那新治疗下尿路症状疗效确切,无严重不良反应。 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Tonglinqingre Decoction combined with Solifenac on lower urinary tract symptoms.
