研究了用少量V和Nb代替钴基非晶合金中的B对感生磁各向异性的影响。用圆片形的试样在260—320℃进行等温磁场退火,用一灵敏的磁转矩仪测定了形成感生磁各向异性的动力学曲线。设弛豫时间服从对数正态分布,计算了动力学参数。结果说明,用V或Nb在钴基非晶合金中取代B可以有效地降低K_u的饱和值,但对动力学参数影响很小。讨论了添加少量过渡元素对感生磁各向异性以及磁性稳定性的影响问题。
The effect of substituting a small amount of V and Nb on the magnetic anisotropy of B in cobalt-based amorphous alloys was studied. An isothermal magnetic field annealing was carried out at 260-320 ° C using a disk-shaped sample, and the kinetic curve of the induced magnetic anisotropy was measured by a sensitive magnetic torque meter. The relaxation time obeys lognormal distribution and the kinetic parameters are calculated. The results show that the use of V or Nb in cobalt-based amorphous alloys to replace B can effectively reduce the K_u saturation value, but little effect on the kinetic parameters. The effects of adding a small amount of transition elements on the induced magnetic anisotropy and magnetic stability are discussed.
