This article is based on the author’s collection of Japanese invasion of the relevant research data. Due to the author’s limited understanding of the Japanese military mapping, it is inevitable that there is a single leak. In 1878, the Japan General Staff Headquarters set up a map section and a survey section. In 1894, Japan established the Ministry of Land Survey. From 1896 onwards, the Japanese general used the map to divide into four levels: “military secret”, “secret”, “extremely secret” and “secret”.
