为探索辣木水溶性多糖的提取工艺,对料液比、浸提温度和浸提时间进行正交试验。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为料液比为1∶80、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间30 min。在此提取条件下,干燥辣木叶粉水溶性多糖的提取率可达10.95%。辣木不同部位多糖含量不同,辣木茎粉中多糖含量最高达14.95%,辣木种籽多糖含量为12.35%,叶粉多糖含量相对最低为10.43%。
In order to explore the extraction process of water-soluble polysaccharides of Moringa oleifera, orthogonal experiments were carried out on the ratio of solid to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time. The results showed that the optimum extraction process was solid-liquid ratio 1:80, extraction temperature 80 ℃ and extraction time 30 min. Under this extraction condition, the extraction rate of water-soluble polysaccharide of dried Moringa leaf powder can reach 10.95%. The contents of polysaccharides in different parts of Moringa are different. The content of polysaccharides in Moringa powder is up to 14.95%, the content of polysaccharides in Moringa oleifera polysaccharides is 12.35%, and the content of polysaccharide in leaf powder is 10.43%.
