为了诱导‘宁玉’草莓夏季花芽分化,采用控制温度、调节光照时间进行诱导,解剖观察花芽分化过程,并跟踪记录植株物候期。试验结果表明,经过20 d处理后,与对照相比,处理温度为13℃的植株表现为矮、壮,花芽分化率较高,尤其是光照时间为10 h/d的草莓花芽分化率最高,达80%,并且处理后35 d的植株开花率也达到80%,处理后45 d的结果率达65%。
In order to induce summer flower bud differentiation of Ningyudan Strawberry, the temperature was controlled, the light time was adjusted to induce, the flower bud differentiation process was observed and the plant phenophase was tracked and recorded. The results showed that after 20 days of treatment, compared with the control, the treatment temperature of 13 ℃ plants showed short, strong, flower bud differentiation rate is high, especially the light time of 10 h / d strawberry flower bud differentiation rate highest, Up to 80%, and the flowering rate of the plants reached 80% after 35 days of treatment, and reached 65% after 45 days of treatment.
