“心埋教育同盟关系”是林建华(重庆大学)、张仲明(西南大学)等人提出的新概念,是一种教育合作伙伴关系,教育者与受教育者以相互配合的方式进行工作,可以界定为在教育者和受教育者之问产生接纳、尊重、理解的关系,在这种关系的作用下受教育者愿意接受指导并积极发展。心理教育同盟关系若要充分体现教育合作伙伴关系,必然离不开受教育者积极的、愉悦的情绪体验。教育者应当通过学科教学情境,充分利用讨论、说话、参观、表演、填表、辩论、家庭实验等方式创设合作伙伴关系,使受教育者减少防御心理,认真探索自己、理解和接受新的观点。笔者所任教的学校为一所省会普通中学,任教年级 “Embedding Education Alliance” is a new concept put forward by Lin Jianhua (Chongqing University) and Zhang Zhongming (Southwest University), which is an educational partnership.
