参考文献是撰写论文所引用的图书资料。参考文献的著录是指:在文章中引用他人的观点、数据和材料之处都应标明,并在文末列出参考文献表。著录参号文献时,必需著录论文中直接引用的且公开发表的文献,对于一般性的知识或陈旧史料、未公开发表的资料,一般不宜录入。参考文献的著录采用顺序编码制,即按文中出现的先后顺序编号(序号放在方括号内)。文后参考文献表中的文献序号应和文中序号一致,对不同类型的著作,分别按以下格式著录:
