目的:建立微分电位溶出法测定药物中微量铅。方法:以镀铋膜电极代替汞膜电极为工作电极进行同位镀铋微分电位溶出分析,依据溶出峰值(dt/dE)与被测离子浓度成正比的关系定量。结果:在HAc-NaAc介质中,铅可在镀铋膜电极上得到灵敏的微分电位溶出峰,峰电位为-0.55 V,检出限为0.0008μg·mL-1,建立了测定药物中微量铅的铋膜电极微分电位溶出测定法。结论:方法无污染,灵敏、简便,是一种快速绿色的分析方法。
Objective: To establish a differential potential dissolution method for the determination of trace lead in drugs. Methods: The bismuth-plated electrode was used as the working electrode instead of the mercury film electrode for the differential potentiometric stripping analysis of bismuth. The peak value of the dissolution (dt / dE) was directly proportional to the measured ion concentration. Results: In the HAc-NaAc medium, lead could be sensitive to the differential potential at the bismuth plating electrode. The peak potential was -0.55 V and the detection limit was 0.0008 μg · mL-1.
