1病例报告患者女,45岁,先天性膀胱外翻术后。患者于2010年7月9日来我院摄骨盆DR平片(见图1)。DR片显示两髂骨翼外撇,耻骨发育不良,耻骨联合明显分离,分开的宽度和骶骨宽度相当,长约2.2 cm。静脉尿路造影,双肾无畸形,右肾中度积水,膀胱位置下移、挛缩。查体:腹直肌皮瓣基本覆盖耻骨上腹壁缺损,尿道外口中等程度接近正常,有部分尿失禁,
