以SiO_2、NaAlO_2、NaOH、KOH、TPAOH、NH_4HCO_3·NH_2COONH_4和H_2O(51∶1∶9∶0.5∶12∶9∶1300mol比)为原料,在压热釜中170℃晶化10天;洗涤、干燥;通N_2 450℃活化8 h,650℃加热8 h,得ZSM-5分子筛。通过扫描电镜观察、X光衍射、固体核磁共振和微区分析等方法,证明所制得的产物没有杂晶和无定形物质的混杂,没有ZSM-11的共生结构,硅铝比不均匀不太严重。所得晶体在粒径上相当均匀,晶体的平均长度为22.6μm,相对标准差为5.8%。
