为验算钢-混凝土组合梁在施工过程中应力是否满足规范要求,主要采用Midas FEA软件对简支钢箱梁细部结构进行计算分析,得到施工全过程应力的分布状况和变形规律,结合施工过程制定严格的监控方案,将实测结果与MIDAS/FEA结果进行对比分析,两者吻合较好,验证了基于有限元理论的钢-混凝土组合梁施工全过程分析的可靠性。
In order to check whether the stress of steel-concrete composite beam meets the standard requirements during the construction process, the detailed structure of simply supported steel box girder is calculated and analyzed by using Midas FEA software. The distribution and deformation of stress during the whole process of construction are obtained, and combined with the construction process Strict monitoring program, the measured results and MIDAS / FEA results were compared and analyzed, the two agree well, verify the reliability of the whole process of steel-concrete composite beam construction based on the finite element theory.
