谈到说话,大家都知道它是语文能力不可或缺的组成部分,加强说话训练是中学语文素质教育的重要措施。对学生来讲,在全面重视听说读写四种能力的同时,应以说话训练为起点和突破口,带动其他语文能力的训练,以提高学生的语文素质。那么,如何培养学生的说话能力,从而提高学生的语文素质呢?我在教学过程中进行了一些探索:有意识地培养学生的说话能力,每周专门安排一节说话课,每节课开始前五分钟出题说话,按照循序渐进的教学原理,从简单的说成语到要求较高的做口头作文,逐步加以训练。一年下来,效果不错。学生说话时态度变得大方、自然,逐渐地能说会道,能言善辩。同时学生的语文素质有了较大提高:培养了学生学习语文的兴趣和爱好语文的稳固情感;构架起丰富的科学合理的语文知识结构,掌握一套行之有效的语文学习方法;提高了学生的联想能力、想象能力、表演能力和创新能力;自主学习,学生身心得到较全面的发展。同时也使语文课上得鲜活有趣充实饱满。

Strengthening the training of speech is an important measure of Chinese-language quality education in middle schools. So, how to cultivate the students’ ability to speak, so as to improve the students’ language quality? I made some exploration in the process of teaching: consciously cultivate students’ speaking ability, arrange a special talk class every week, the first five Minutes to speak, in accordance with the principle of gradual and orderly teaching, from simple idioms to require a higher oral composition, and gradually be trained. One year, the effect is good. Students become more generous attitude when talking, naturally, gradually able to speak, be eloquent. At the same time, the students ’language quality has been greatly improved: the students’ interest in learning Chinese and the steady emotion of their hobby in Chinese are cultivated; the structure of rich and reasonable Chinese knowledge structure is mastered; a set of effective Chinese learning methods are mastered; The association ability, the imagination ability, the performance ability and the innovation ability; The independent study, the student body and mind obtains more overall development. At the same time, it makes Chinese lessons fun and full.
