人力资源是社会经济发展中的重要资源,其直接影响到社会经济运行的效率和质量。在对人力资源进行评价的时候,人事考试是必须要采用的手段,也是现阶段人力资源开发中的重要组成部分。由于人事考试是一种比较公平的人才选拔方式,所以其在我国的应用十分广泛,也帮助很多企业完成了对人力资源经济的开发。根据我国企业运行的现状来看,人事考试在企业开发人力资源经济中的作用得到很好的体现。本文将对人事考试的概念进行分析,然后对人事考试在开发人力资源经济中的作用进行分析,并探讨其应用前景及发展。
Human resources are important resources in social economic development, which directly affects the efficiency and quality of social and economic operations.
