高校共青团工作的主体是青年群体的思想工作,为了更好地培养青年学生自我管理,自我教育,自我服务的能力,教师团干需要深入研究年青人的思想、情感、意志等方面的特征,寻找恰当的教育方法,切实做好共青团工作。本文以赏识为前提,从共青团理论学习、团日活动、社会实践三个方面来落实共青团工作,充分调动学生团干的积极性和创造性,使理论学习更加深入,团日活动多样化,社会实践更有成效,为共青团工作增添活力。
In order to better cultivate the ability of young students in self-management, self-education and self-service, the CYL cadres need to deeply study the characteristics of young people’s thoughts, emotions, and wills, and look for the Appropriate methods of education, earnestly do a good job in the Communist Youth League. Based on appreciation, this paper implements the work of the Communist Youth League from three aspects of the CYL theory study, the CYL activity and the social practice. It fully mobilizes the enthusiasm and creativity of CYL cadres to deepen theoretical study, diversify the CYL activities, Effective and add vitality to the CYL work.
