2014年11月,经学院批准,上海青年研究中心正式独立设置,标志着上海青年研究中心智库(简称“智库”)建设迈进新的历史阶段。性质定位:智库由上海师范大学和共青团上海市委共同建设,是与国内青少年研究机构和国外青少年研究智库保持长期密切合作的、以青少年发展与政策战略研究为导向的青少年研究领域专业智库。智库以立德树人为根本任务,以服务于青少年健康全面发展、服务于党和政府青少年政策的科学决策为宗旨,以发挥咨政、育人和启民功能为己任。建设目标:智库将始终秉持严谨求实的学术态度,跨界合作,协同创新,建设成为上海市委市府青少年事务工作和政策制定的决策咨询中心、我国青少年研究领域的跨学科建设重镇、国际青少年研究的人才培养交流基地、引导社会关心青少年发展的舆情传播阵地。
In November 2014, with the approval of the college, the Shanghai Youth Research Center was officially set up independently, marking a new historic stage in the construction of the Shanghai Youth Research Center think tank (hereinafter referred to as “think tank”). Nature Positioning: The Think Tank, co-founded by Shanghai Normal University and the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, is a professional think tank for youth research oriented by the research on adolescent development and policy strategy, which has long-term and close cooperation with domestic youth research institutions and foreign youth research think tanks. Based on the fundamental task of the Lideshu people, think tanks serve the scientific decision-making of serving the adolescent health and development in an all-round way and serving the policy of the juveniles of the party and the government. It is our duty to give full play to the functions of counseling, educating and enlightening the people. Construction Objectives: The Think Tank will always adhere to rigorous and realistic academic attitude, cross-border cooperation and collaborative innovation. It will become a decision-making consulting center for the work and policy formulation of juvenile affairs in Shanghai municipal government, the center of interdisciplinary construction in the field of youth studies in China, Of the personnel training exchange base, and guide the community concerned about the development of adolescent public opinion positions.
