对我国182种(48科135属)阔叶树材导管和纤维壁的内表面进行扫描和透射电镜观察,其中50种(隶17科32属)有瘤状层存在,其余不见或罕见。就这50种木材的瘤状层有无及其形态和分布进行深入的观察与探讨。并对2种木材的超薄切片进行透射电镜观察和分析,认为瘤状物与次生壁的电子密度不同,说明两者化学成分不同。此外,还讨论了瘤状层的分布与穿孔板类型和在生长轮中的位置关系。未发现瘤状层的出现和木质部进化趋势有明显的相关。
The inner surface of the catheter and fiber wall of 182 species (135 families, 48 families) of China were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Among them, 50 species (32 genera, 17 families) had the nodular layer, while the others were absent or rare. On the 50 kinds of wood tumorous layer presence and shape and distribution of in-depth observation and discussion. The ultrathin sections of the two kinds of wood were observed and analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. The electron density of the tumor was different from that of the secondary wall, indicating that the chemical compositions of the two kinds of wood were different. In addition, the distribution of nodules and the type of perforated plate and the position in the growth wheel are also discussed. The occurrence of nodules was not found to be significantly related to the evolution of xylem.
