二十一世纪,在网络环境在不断普及的情况下,我国的数字图书馆也在日益发展壮大。为了满足不同用户的信息需求,深入了解他们的需求特征,掌握用户的个人数字档案就显得尤为重要了。我国现阶段,图书馆用户档案的管理形态尚未成熟,存在很多缺陷,同时也得不到足够的重视。用户案的管理工作甚至还是处于原始的登记式管理阶段,更不用说对其进行跟踪服务和动态分析。因此,在当前网络环境下,我国高校的图书馆用户档案管理模式是落后的。科学技术飞速发展的二十一世纪,高校图书馆只有建立起一套完整的服务于用户档案的管理模式,才能更好的适应新环境。
In the 21st century, with the continuous popularization of the Internet environment, the digital library in our country is also growing stronger and stronger. In order to meet the information needs of different users, to understand their needs and characteristics, to master the user’s personal digital files is particularly important. At the present stage of our country, the management form of library user files is not yet mature, and there are many defects, meanwhile, it lacks sufficient attention. The management of user cases is even in the original registered management phase, let alone tracking services and dynamic analysis. Therefore, in the current network environment, library users in our colleges and universities file management model is backward. With the rapid development of science and technology in the 21st century, the university library can only adapt to the new environment better if it has established a complete set of management mode of serving user files.
