1987年以来,我厂1150初轧机前工作辊道的传动端辊道架下沉了4~8mm,造成辊子传动端的中心线比减速机齿轮轴的中心线低4~6mm。而弹性齿形联轴器允许的最大径向偏移量只有3mm,这样就导致弹性齿形联轴器的轮齿啮合情况恶化,经常发生打齿事故。仅1987年7~10月就发生7次打齿事故。有时,新换上的弹性齿形联轴器还没有用到1个月就发生打齿事故而作废。 弹性齿形联轴器频繁发生打齿事故,而更换1个新的又至少要花3个小时。这样不仅严重影响了我厂生产的正常进行,消耗了大量的备件,而且使检修人员的工作量大大加重。
Since 1987, the transmission roller table of work roll before 1150 rolling mill of our factory has sunk by 4 ~ 8mm, causing the center line of roller driving end to be 4 ~ 6mm lower than the centerline of reducer gear shaft. However, the maximum allowable radial offset of the elastic gear coupling is only 3 mm, which leads to the deterioration of the meshing of the gear teeth of the elastic gear coupling and frequent tooth striking. In 1987 July to October only 7 times hit the tooth accident. Occasionally, the newly replaced elastic tooth coupling has not been used to 1 month to hit the tooth accident and void. Elastic gear couplings frequently hit the tooth accident, and replace a new at least take 3 hours. This not only seriously affected the normal production of our plant, consumed a large number of spare parts, but also greatly increased the workload of maintenance personnel.
