目的了解肥西县疟疾流行概况与防治历程,总结和分析消除疟疾的措施和效果,探讨消除疟疾的成功经验。方法用回顾性调查方法,对肥西县疟疾的流行趋势、防治措施、效果进行总结和分析。结果经过60多年的积极防治,肥西县疟疾发病率从1970年最高的23 372.30/10万,2014年降至0.82/10万,2012—2014年连续3年无本地感染病例,2015年经安徽省卫生计生委考核评估,达到卫生部消除疟疾标准。结论肥西县已达到部颁消除疟疾标准,实现了全县消除疟疾。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of malaria and its prevention and cure in Feixi County, summarize and analyze the measures and effects of malaria elimination, and discuss the successful experience of eliminating malaria. Methods The retrospective survey method was used to summarize and analyze the malaria epidemic trend, control measures and effects in Feixi County. Results After more than 60 years of active prevention and control, the incidence of malaria in Feixi County dropped from the highest of 23 372.30 / 100,000 in 1970 to 0.82 / 100,000 in 2014. There was no local infection in 2012-2014 for three consecutive years. In 2015, Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission assessment assessment, the Ministry of Health to eliminate malaria standards. Conclusion Feixi County has reached the ministerial standard of malaria elimination, to achieve the county to eliminate malaria.
