为确定造价咨询企业从业人员流动性较高的原因,以我国造价咨询企业为研究对象,从企业环境、领导行为、工作回报、工作协作及工作本身五个维度确定造价咨询企业员工满意度评价指标,构建结构方程分析造价咨询企业的员工满意度和忠诚度水平。通过实证研究,分析得出:造价咨询企业员工的整体满意度一般,员工感知与满意度水平呈显著正向相关关系,其中员工感知中的工作回报和工作本身对满意度的影响显著。通过绘制员工感知各维度的满意度分值和影响系数矩阵,认为薪资水平、福利待遇、假期加班制度及工作强度是影响满意度水平的关键因素,并结合实际给出几点建议。
In order to determine the reasons for the high liquidity of practitioners in cost consulting firms, taking the cost consulting firms in our country as the research object, the evaluation indexes of employee satisfaction degree in cost consulting firms were determined from the five dimensions of enterprise environment, leadership behavior, work return, work cooperation and work itself , Construct structural equation to analyze the level of employee satisfaction and loyalty in cost consulting firms. Through empirical research and analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the overall satisfaction of employees in cost consulting firms and employee satisfaction and the level of satisfaction. Among them, the employees’ perception of job returns and the jobs themselves have a significant impact on satisfaction. By drawing employee perception of each dimension’s satisfaction score and influence coefficient matrix, it is considered that salary level, benefits, overtime work overtime and work intensity are the key factors affecting the level of satisfaction, and give some suggestions based on the actual situation.
