目的:进行利咽解毒颗粒中挥发油的包合工艺研究,防止挥发油的损失,增加制剂的稳定性。方法:采用正交法筛选出最优包合工艺,将提取到的薄荷挥发油先制成β-CYD包合物,与水煎煮法提取的其它成分制成颗粒并考察稳定性。结果:采用正交法筛选出最优包合工艺条件是挥发油(mL)∶β-CYD(g)=1∶6,β-CYD∶水=1∶10,包合温度30℃,搅拌2 h。挥发油经β-CYD包合后再制成颗粒稳定性提高。结论:β-CYD包合利咽解毒颗粒中的挥发油可提高颗粒剂中挥发油的稳定性,有效防止生产储存过程中挥发性成分的损失。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inclusion process of volatile oil in Liyan Jiedu Granules to prevent the loss of volatile oil and increase the stability of the preparation. Methods: The optimal inclusion process was screened by orthogonal test. Β-CyD inclusion complex was first prepared from the extracted essential oil and the other components extracted by decoction were granulated and the stability was investigated. Results: The orthogonal test showed that the optimum conditions for the inclusion process were as follows: volatile oil (mL): β-CYD (g) = 1: 6, β-CYD: water = 1:10, inclusion temperature 30 ℃, . Volatile oil β-CYD inclusion and then made of particles increased stability. Conclusion: The inclusion of β-CYD in the volatile oil in Liyan Jiedu Granules can improve the stability of the volatile oil in the granules and effectively prevent the loss of volatile components during the production and storage.
