目的了解郑州市4种即食生鲜果蔬的安全状况,为农业部农产品质量安全风险评估提供科学依据。方法在5个大型超市和5个农贸市场随机抽取生鲜果蔬样品,按中华人民共和国《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验》规定的程序和方法检测了样品微生物的类群和数量,同时也对多种典型的致病菌进行了分离鉴定。结果检测样品240份,检出致病菌4株,总检出率1.67%。其中生菜样本中金黄色葡萄球菌1例,阳性率为1.67%;桃样本中沙门氏菌1例,金黄色葡萄球菌2例,阳性率为5.00%。结论郑州市即食生鲜果蔬中存在潜在的食源性致病菌污染风险。
Objective To understand the safety status of four ready-to-eat fresh fruits and vegetables in Zhengzhou and provide a scientific basis for the assessment of agricultural products quality and safety risk. Methods Samples of fresh fruits and vegetables were randomly selected from 5 large supermarkets and 5 farmer’s markets. According to the procedures and methods prescribed by the People’s Republic of China on Food Microbiological Testing for Food Safety, the number and abundance of microorganisms in samples were also examined. Species of typical pathogens were isolated and identified. Results 240 samples were detected, four strains were detected, the total detection rate was 1.67%. One sample of lettuce Staphylococcus aureus in 1 case, the positive rate was 1.67%; 1 case of Salmonella in peach samples, 2 cases of Staphylococcus aureus, the positive rate was 5.00%. Conclusion There is a potential risk of contamination of food-borne pathogens in ready-to-eat fresh fruits and vegetables in Zhengzhou.
