本研究以人人网为例探究大学生的人格特质与社交网络使用行为的关系。使用大五人格量表以及自编的人人网使用情况调查表为工具,对177名大学生进行调查。结果显示,大五人格中神经质与最近一个月发布的状态数显著成正相关;外向性与最近一个月的原创状态数和转发状态数显著成正相关;开放性与基本信息完整度显著成负相关,与最近一个月的原创状态数和“分享”数量显著成正相关。结果表明,大学生的人格特点与社交网络的使用行为存在密切联系。
This research takes Renren as an example to explore the relationship between college students’ personality traits and social network usage. A total of 177 college students were surveyed using the Big Five personality scale and the self-designed questionnaire on the use of all networks as a tool. The results showed that neuroticism in the Big Five personality was significantly positively correlated with the number of states released in the most recent month. There was a significant positive correlation between extroversion and the number of original states and forwarding states in the latest month. There was a significant negative correlation between openness and basic information integrity, There was a significant positive correlation between the number of original states and the number of “shares” in the most recent month. The results show that the personality characteristics of college students and the use of social networks are closely linked.
