本病又称Down氏综合征。作者在25年内对1047病例进行观察,年龄从一个月到23岁,症状复杂,眼症状极为普遍,本文着重对眼症状进行分析,主为眼睑变化,眼位改变,突眼,眼球陷没,斜视,眼球震颤,屈光不正,角膜变化,虹膜改变与晶体症状等。按症状发生的频率以双眼距离扩大(95.5％),内眦赘皮(91.8％),与斜眼裂(88.1％)为最多。东方人多有内眦赘皮,但有Down氏综合征者更为明显。眼裂倾斜,鼻下方低而颞上方高,
The disease, also known as Down’s syndrome. In 25 years, 1047 cases were observed, ranging in age from one month to 23 years old. The symptoms were complicated and the eye symptoms were extremely common. This article focused on the analysis of ocular symptoms.
