后进生是普遍存在的客观事实,后进生转化也一直是教师关注的话题。新一轮的课程改革也正在实施,教育要面对全体学生,教育的对象就应当不是少数者或精英者,所以作为教师应该勇敢地正视后进生,改造后进生。正确的认识以及转化后进生,能够更好的促进学生的健康成长,同样也有利于形成良好的班风、学风,对于一个专门从事教育工作的一线老师来说有着重要而深刻的意义。因此本文主要是从后进生产生的原因和改造后进生的策略两个方面来对后进生问题进行一个比较全面的认识。
