目的:比较p53在子宫内膜样癌和高级别浆液性癌中的表达差异,探讨p53和p16在高级别浆液性癌中表达的相关性。方法:对我院2012~2015年66例高级别浆液性癌或子宫内膜样癌的石蜡包埋组织进行常规HE切片及p16,p53免疫组织化学染色;遵循双盲方式诊断;组织学诊断按WHO第四版标准进行分类,免疫组织化学判定标准为(-)(+-)(+)(++)(+++);再将免疫组化结果数值化,并作统计分析;统计分析运用卡方检验和线性相关分析,并采用SPSS19.0软件进行数值计算,P≤0.05认为具有统计学意义。结果:30例高级别浆液性癌p53表达情况:13例强表达,10例中强表达,7例弱表达,无阴性表达;p16表达情况:8例强表达,9例中等强度表达,10例弱表达,3例完全阴性;36例子宫内膜样癌中,仅1例p53呈强表达,3例中强表达,32例为阴性或弱阳性,同时有2例p16呈中强表达,其余的均为阴性或弱阳性。结论:高级别浆液性癌和子宫内膜样癌组织中p53蛋白含量存在显著的差异(P<0.005);高级别浆液性癌中,p16和p53显示出一定程度的相关性(P≤0.05)。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the expression of p53 in endometrioid carcinoma and high-grade serous carcinoma and to explore the correlation between p53 and p16 expression in high-grade serous carcinoma. Methods: Sixty-six cases of high-grade serous carcinoma or endometrioid carcinoma of paraffin-embedded tissues from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital were subjected to routine HE section and p16, p53 immunohistochemical staining; followed by double-blind diagnosis; histological diagnosis by According to the fourth edition of the WHO standard, the standard of immunohistochemistry was (-) (+) (+) (++) (+++). The immunohistochemical results were quantified and statistically analyzed. Statistical analysis Using chi-square test and linear correlation analysis, and using SPSS19.0 software for numerical calculation, P ≤ 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: The expression of p53 in 30 cases of high-grade serous carcinoma was strongly expressed in 13 cases, moderately strong in 10 cases, weakly expressed in 7 cases and negative in negative cases. The expression of p16 was strongly expressed in 8 cases, moderately expressed in 9 cases, and moderately expressed in 10 cases Weakly expressed in 3 cases and completely negative in 3 cases. Only 1 of 36 cases of endometrioid carcinoma was strongly expressed, 3 of them were strongly expressed, 32 of them were negative or weakly positive, while 2 of them showed moderately strong expression of p16 while others Are negative or weakly positive. CONCLUSIONS: There is a significant difference in the content of p53 protein between high grade serous carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma (P <0.005). In high grade serous carcinoma, p16 and p53 show a certain degree of correlation (P≤0.05) .
