支耳连接结构广泛存在于地面雷达机械系统中,其可靠性对于雷达装备安全具有重要影响。因此,采用随机有限元方法和广义强度干涉理论对其进行结构可靠性评估。首先构建支耳连接结构参数化有限元模型,将载荷、材料、几何等随机参数作为随机变量,评估结构可靠性,并进行参数灵敏度分析。研究结果表明,随机有限元方法能有效评估不确定工作环境下结构可靠性,为雷达支耳连接结构的可靠性分析及其优化设计提供了理论依据。
The connection structure of the lugs widely exists in the ground radar mechanical system, and its reliability has an important influence on the safety of radar equipment. Therefore, the stochastic finite element method and the generalized intensity interference theory are used to evaluate the structural reliability. Firstly, the parametric finite element model of the connection structure of the lugs was established. Random parameters such as load, material and geometry were taken as the random variables to evaluate the structural reliability and analyze the sensitivity of the parameters. The results show that the stochastic finite element method can effectively evaluate the structural reliability under uncertain working conditions and provide a theoretical basis for the reliability analysis and optimization design of the connecting structure of radar lugs.
