目的探讨在直钛镍丝扩弓中,采用锡球与拉钩相结扎的方法避免扩弓分力引起前牙唇向移动的效应。方法选择直钛镍丝扩弓的32例非拔牙矫治患者,分别测量扩弓前后牙弓宽度变化及牙槽座点位置变化.通过分析牙弓宽度改变量,评价直钛镍丝的扩弓效果;分析牙槽基骨突度改变量,评价锡球与拉钩结扎方法的临床效果。结果扩弓前后牙弓宽度变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);牙槽座点位置变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锡球与拉钩相结扎的方法,可有效避免直钛镍丝扩弓分力导致的前牙唇向移动。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of ligation of solder balls and pull hooks on the straight titanium nickel wire in the process of expanding the bow, to avoid the force of expanding the bow causing the movement of the anterior lip. Methods Twenty-two non-extracavitating patients who underwent straight titanium-nickel wire expansion were enrolled in this study, and their changes in dental arch width and position of the alveolus before and after the expansion were measured respectively. ; Analysis of alveolar bone changes in the amount of change, evaluation solder balls and pull the hook ligation method clinical effect. Results The width of dental arch before and after the expansion was significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the position of the dental socket between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The method of ligation of the solder balls and the pull hooks can effectively prevent the movement of the anterior teeth lip caused by the expansion force of the straight titanium nickel wire.
