作者根据精密机械铸件的高尺寸稳定性的要求,提出用铸铁材料的应力松弛特性来表征其常温蠕变性能。确立了评价应力松弛的性能指标;建立了应力松弛性能的测定方法及相应的装置,并对各种材质的松弛性能作了对比试验;较系统地试验研究了各种牌号灰铸铁的应力松弛特点及影响规律。得到了明确的结论,为精密机械设计提供了一些有参考价值的数据。
