目的:探讨医院手术室仪器设备质量的控制与管理,同时研究相关管理方法,提高医院手术室的服务质量。方法:针对浙江省衢州市人民医院手术室仪器设备质量所存在的问题,规范化管理仪器设备,同时成立培训、考核小组,加强对手术室人员的培训。通过问卷调查表,调查浙江省衢州市人民医院手术室实施管理前后的护士考核情况及护理质量满意度。结果:经实施管理后,浙江省衢州市人民医院护士考核得分较管理前明显提高(P<0.05);医生对护理质量的满意度,较管理前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:加强手术室仪器设备质量管理,可有利于提高浙江省衢州市人民医院手术室工作人员的专业能力,同时提高手术室护理质量,避免因操作失误等致仪器设备损坏,从而延长仪器设备的使用期限,提高医生对手术工作的满意度。
Objective: To study the control and management of the quality of equipment in hospital operating room, and to study the related management methods to improve the quality of service in the operating room of the hospital. Methods: According to the existing problems of equipment quality of operating room in Quzhou People ’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province, we standardized the management of equipment and instruments, set up training and assessment team and strengthened the training of operating room personnel. Through the questionnaire, we investigated the assessment of nurses before and after the implementation of operation room in Quzhou People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province and the satisfaction of nursing quality. Results: After the implementation of management, the score of nurses in Quzhou People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province was significantly higher than that before management (P <0.05). The satisfaction of doctors with nursing quality was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the quality management of operating room instruments and equipment may be helpful to improve the professional ability of operating room staff in the operating room of Quzhou People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province, and to improve the nursing quality of operating room and to avoid the damage to the instruments and equipment caused by operational errors, Life expectancy, to improve the doctor’s satisfaction with the operation.
