我国几年前在长春、北京、上海、武汉等地已开展了激光热处理的研究工作,并取得了一定成绩。我们利用500瓦封离式CO_2激光装置,进行了金属表面激光相变硬化试验。其结果表明,凡是用常规热处理方法能提高硬度和强度的材料均适用于激光表面硬化处理。又由于激光热处理后金属表面出现极细的微观结构,因此对20钢、铸铁及ZL108等材料也有明显的效果。
A few years ago in our country, Changchun, Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan and other places have carried out laser heat treatment research work, and achieved some success. We use the 500-watt sealed off CO_2 laser device, the metal surface laser phase-hardening test. The results show that all conventional heat treatment methods can improve the hardness and strength of the materials are suitable for laser surface hardening. And because the metal surface after laser heat treatment appears very fine microstructure, so 20 steel, cast iron and ZL108 and other materials also have significant results.
