质变学习理论是西方成人教育学界自20世纪70年代末以来持续探讨成人如何学习的一项重要研究成果,与成人学习的本质特征及目标密切相关。本文在阐述和分析其中五种代表性理论的基本观点的基础上,通过比较分析得出:质变学习的发生有不同的层次和维度,它以批判性反思为基本途径,认同成人学习的创造性转变,总体上来说是一个理性、情感和精神同时参与的过程。
The qualitative change learning theory is an important research result that the western adult education scholars continue to explore how adults learn since the late 1970s. It is closely related to the essential characteristics and goals of adult learning. On the basis of expatiating and analyzing the basic views of the five representative theories, the dissertation draws the conclusion that there are different levels and dimensions of the qualitative change learning, and it takes the critical reflection as the basic way to recognize the creative change of adult learning , In general, is a process of rational, emotional and spiritual participation.
