旱秧苗本田期根系建成特征及其对产量形成作用的研究

利用水培试验,通过秧苗移栽前剪根与不剪根处理,对旱育秧苗和水育秧苗本田期上、下层根系构成、生理活性及单株产量结构进行了比较研究。试验结果表明,本田期旱秧苗下层根数量、根系体积、根系吸收表面积和根系活力,分别高于水秧苗48-5 % ~175-8 % 、31-4 % ~68-2 % 、35-7 % ~66-2 % 、61-3 % ~128-4 % ,剪根处理对旱秧苗下层根的吸收表面积、根系活力影响不明显,而对水育秧下层根系构成及根系活力影响极显著。上层根的主要形态、生理指标与下层根变化趋势基本一致。旱秧苗单株产量比水秧苗增加22-8 % ~70-0 % ,产量构成主要表现在每穗实粒数和粒重上显著高于水秧苗。除下层根活力外,上、下层根系构成及生理活性与单株产量显著或极显著相关( r = 0 .965 0 * ~0-999 2 * *) 。剪根处理对旱秧苗穗实粒数、粒重无显著影响,而使水秧苗单株有效穗数、粒重和单株产量显著降低。总之,旱秧苗本田根系生长优势首先表现在下层根的发生数量多、体积大、吸收表面积大、活力高、吸收能力强,这是旱秧苗增产的主要原因之一。 The hydroponic experiment was used to study the composition of root system, physiological activity and yield per plant of Hedysian Spring Nursery Seedlings and the seedlings of hydroponics. The results showed that the root number, root volume, root absorption surface area and root activity of dry seedlings in Honda were higher than that of water seedlings by 48-5% -175-8%, 31-4% -68-2%, 35-7 % ~ 66-2%, 61-3% ~ 128-4%. The effect of root cutting on the absorption surface area and root vigor of the lower root of the dry seedling seedlings was insignificant, but had a significant effect on root constitution and root vigor of the lower seedling. The main form of the upper root, the physiological index and the underlying root change trends are basically the same. The yield per plant of dry seedling increased 22-8% ~ 70-0% more than that of watery seedlings, and the yield components were mainly higher than that of watery seedlings per grain and grain weight per panicle. In addition to the lower root activity, the composition and physiological activity of the upper and lower roots were significantly or very significantly correlated with the yield per plant (r = 0.965 0 * -0.9999 2 * *). The root cutting treatment had no significant effect on the seed number and grain weight of spikelets per plant, but significantly reduced the effective panicle number, grain weight and single plant yield per plant. In short, the root growth of dry seedling Honda roots first appeared in the lower root of the number of occurrence, large size, large absorption surface area, high activity, absorption capacity, which is dry seedling yield one of the main reasons.
