我们自1985年4月至1986年4月用氦—氖激光经局部及穴位照射共治疗流行性腮腺炎54例,取得良好效果,现介绍如下:一、临床资料:凡经诊断为流行性腮腺炎者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组54例患儿均在发病后1—3天来诊,就诊前均未用药物治疗。其中男28例、女26例,年龄最小3岁,最大11岁。双侧腮腺肿胀34例,单侧肿胀20例。伴发烧者13例,外周血白细胞在4000—10000者占90.4％,10000以上者占9.6％。除发烧者给予相应的辅助治疗外一律不用药物治疗。所有患儿均不伴其他合并症。对照组46例,男24例、女22例。年龄3—9岁。
