本文报道了40例恶性淋巴瘤病人,其中何杰金氏病13例,Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期6例,Ⅲ期5例,Ⅳ期1例。非何杰金氏病27例,Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期6例,Ⅲ期15例,Ⅳ期5例。自1983年11月～1988年11月采用~(60)C_o线一次全淋巴区照射,6Gy21例,8Gy19例。皆按中线平面剂量计算。剂量率6～13cGy/分。待血象恢复后再于病灶处小剂量照射30Gy/3周,取得较好的治疗效果。近期效果满意,CR26例,PR12例,余2
This article reports 40 patients with malignant lymphoma, including 13 cases of Hodgkin’s disease, 1 case of stage I, 6 cases of stage II, 5 cases of stage III, and 1 case of stage IV. There were 27 cases of non-Hodgkin’s disease, 1 in stage I, 6 in stage II, 15 in stage III, and 5 in stage IV. From November 1983 to November 1988, a total lymph node irradiation was performed using the ~(60)C_o line, with 6 Gy in 21 cases and 8 Gy in 19 cases. All are calculated according to the median plane dose. The dose rate is 6-13 cGy/min. After the recovery of blood, 30 Gy/3 weeks of low-dose irradiation at the lesion was performed to obtain better therapeutic effect.
