一、使淀粉溶液稳定的配制法 1.H_3BO_3-HCl的稳定体系:淀粉溶液常需现用现配,如夏天配制的淀粉,在一两天后即出现浑浊。在检查I_2时其颜色不是天蓝色而是蓝紫色,甚至不起作用。我们采用H_3BO_3-HCl混合体系作为淀粉的防腐剂和稳定剂,经过长期考察,效果良好。一次配了1000毫升,使用和放置了一年,其溶液始终透明、清澈。遇碘呈天蓝色。
