2007年的盐田国际停工事件是中国劳动关系发展上的一个标志性事件,工人们首次提出了“提高工资、共享发展成果”的诉求。这种诉求不仅仅是维护工人已有的法定权益,更是要求与企业分享发展的成果。这种要求在当时是不可思议的,因为当时工人的诉求还大多停留于落实法定权益方面,约90%以上的停工事件,是由于企业侵害工人法定权益而引发的,工人们还没有太多的诉求要求分享企业利润,企业能够认真执行法律标准就不错了。
