目的分析磁共振成像在胎儿中枢神经系统检查中的应用价值。方法以2016年2月至今我院收治的中晚孕妊娠产妇为研究对象筛选范围,选择其中的33例患者为本次研究对象。所有患者均接受磁共振成像(MRI)检查,采用SSFSE和真稳态快速成像序列(FIESTA)技术检查T2W1,采用超快速小角度激发序列扫描T1W1.比较US结果、MRI扫描结果和产后诊断、尸检结果。结果磁共振成像检查(MRI)技术检查的准确性明显高于US结果,准确率提高了18.2%。结论在胎儿中枢神经系统检查的过程中运用磁共振成像技术可以使诊断结果的准确率大大提升,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the examination of fetal central nervous system. Methods From February 2016 to present, pregnant women of middle and late pregnancy treated in our hospital were selected as the screening scope. 33 patients were selected as the study object. All patients were examined by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), T2W1 was examined by SSFSE and FIESTA, and T1W1 was scanned by ultra-fast and low-angle excitation sequence.US results, MRI scan and postpartum diagnosis were compared with autopsy result. Results The accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination was significantly higher than that of US and the accuracy was improved by 18.2%. Conclusion The accuracy of the diagnostic results can be greatly improved by using magnetic resonance imaging in the process of fetal central nervous system examination, which is worth to be popularized in clinic.
