The development of cultural centers is an important symbol of social progress and a true reflection of the spiritual and cultural standards of the general public. The management innovation of cultural centers should be realized on the basis of adhering to the essential characteristics of public utilities and commonweal of cultural centers, changing management concepts, innovating management modes and improving incentive system.
