目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后序贯应用三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)治疗原发性肝癌的临床价值。方法46例不能手术的原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组,实验组行TACE术3次后序贯3DCRT;对照组仅给予TACE术3次。结果实验组、对照组近期瘤体缩小率分别为82.6%(19/23)和52.2%(12/23),两组具有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年、2年生存率78.3%(18/23)和47.8%(11/23),对照组分别是47.8%(11/23)和26%(6/23)。结论TACE联合3DCRT治疗原发性肝癌其近远期疗效均优于单纯TACE。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of sequential three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) for primary hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods 46 patients with unresectable primary liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group underwent TACE for 3 times followed by 3DCRT. The control group received TACE only 3 times. Results The reduction rate of the tumor in the experimental group and the control group was 82.6% (19/23) and 52.2% (12/23) respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After 1 year and 2 years Survival rates were 78.3% (18/23) and 47.8% (11/23) in the control group and 47.8% (11/23) and 26% (6/23) in the control group, respectively. Conclusion TACE combined with 3DCRT in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma in short-term and long-term efficacy are better than simple TACE.
