结肠良性间叶组织肿瘤临床报道较少,我院1963～1985年收治6例,特摘要报道. 病例介绍病例介绍见附表. 讨论结肠肿瘤以恶性多见,良性瘤则上皮肿瘤常见,间叶组织肿瘤较少,常见的有脂肪瘤,血管瘤,平滑肌瘤,纤维瘤.大肠脂肪瘤尸检发病率为0.035～4.4%,Mayo报告消化道良性肿瘤4,000例中有脂肪瘤164例,其中72.6%发生在大肠,其发病部位以右半结肠居多,顺序为盲肠(包括回盲部)、横结肠、乙状结肠、升结肠及降结肠,发生 Clinical reports of benign mesenchymal tissue tumors in the colon are rare. 6 cases were treated in our hospital from 1963 to 1985. Special case reports were introduced. Case descriptions are given in the attached table. Discussions of colon cancer are more common than malignant, while benign tumors are common in epithelial tumors. There are few tumors in the tissue, including lipomas, hemangiomas, leiomyomas, and fibroids. The incidence of autopsy of colorectal adenomas is 0.035 to 4.4%. Mayo reported 164 benign tumors of the digestive tract, of which 164 were lipomas, of which 72.6 % occurs in the large intestine, and the majority of its disease sites are in the right colon. The sequence is cecum (including ileocecal), transverse colon, sigmoid colon, ascending colon and descending colon.
