为完善我国茶叶卫生标准,我省进行了一次红、绿茶的抽验调查,同时检测红、绿茶中氟的含量,以便提出茶叶中氟的卫生标准,现将调查结果报告如下。材料和方法本次调查样品来自全省8个地区,28个县,42个茶场,分别采集了红茶43份(其中半发酵茶15份),绿茶50份(其中青茶19份),共93份样品。红茶样品主要来源为英德、海南,半发酵茶样品来自汕头地区,绿茶则分散于各地采集。部分样品由省茶叶进出口公司提供,大部分样品是到茶场采集,在采样时附有施药登记表。测定方法按全国茶叶卫生标准协作组提出的方法进行。氟采用电极法测定。
In order to improve our country’s tea health standards, our province conducted a sampling survey of red and green tea, while testing the content of fluorine in red and green tea in order to put forward the health standards of fluorine in tea, the findings are reported as follows. MATERIALS AND METHODS The survey sample was collected from 8 tea farms, 42 districts and 42 tea farms in 8 districts, 28 counties and 42 tea farms in the province.
