文化大革命以来,农村用电发展更快,全国农村用电量、农用排灌用电设备比1965年均增长了两倍多。“点灯不用油,耕田不用牛”正在全国农村逐步实现。农村用电的范围愈来愈广,从生产到生活,基至于捉虫电都用上了电。但是,管理工作跟不上农村电力事业迅速发展的大好形势,安全用电常识尚未得到普及,发生了不少人身伤亡和设备损坏事故。为了充分发动群众,以防为主做到群防群救,现将触电急救的一般急救常识介绍给大家,以供参考。
