本文着重研究在H2S介质中316L、16MnR、20＃钢三种常用材质焊接部位的应力腐蚀及应力腐蚀过程中的电化学行为。通过应力腐蚀试验方法，对上述三种材质在H2S介质中的应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性进行评定，同时测定其在H2S介质中发生的电位变化。为选用适于H2S介质的抗应力腐蚀容器材质提供依据，也为采用电化学方法提高H2S介质中材质的抗应力、腐蚀性能提供依据。
