近几年来,潍坊市委、市政府抓住国内市场供求关系出现相对宽松的有利时机,把调整工业结构作为深化改革和搞活大中型企业的战略措施来抓,使全市工业经济开始步人良性循环的轨道,实现了持续稳定协调发展.去年1～8月,全市完成工业总产值180.95亿元,比上年同期增长18.3%.乡镇以上地方工业实现利税增长14.3%,上缴利税增长11.7%,实现销售收入增长22.6%,工业产品出口收购总值增长24.62%,速度和效益居全省前列.潍坊市调整工业结构的基本思路是:以国家产业政策为指导,以两个市场为导向,以资源优势为基础,以大中型企业为依托,以技术进步为动力,坚持产业结构调整、产品结构调整、企业组织结构调整相结合,产业政策、区域布局、行业规划相配套,集中力量,突出重点,择优倾斜,使全市产品结构得到优化,行业布局趋向合理,整体优势得到发挥,企业技术进步、管理水平明显改善,经济效益显著提高.
