对清华大学10 MW高温气冷堆(HTR-10)磁轴承氦风机辅助轴承抗冲击特性进行研究,计算立式转子跌落的冲击作用力,并采用拟静力学分析方法对辅助轴承变形量进行计算。计算结果表明:在不同转速下,立式转子跌落在一定时间后对辅助轴承作用力大致相同,跌落后期接触力达到仅与跌落前转子(包括转子转速、质量等)有关的恒定值;跌落后期辅助轴承变形量与该接触力有关,而辅助轴承变形量在宏观上表现为轴承系统的振动位移。因此,辅助轴承的振动位移量可作为衡量辅助轴承自身状态的参数。
The impact characteristics of auxiliary bearing of HTR-10 magnetic bearing helium fan at Tsinghua University were studied, the impact force of vertical rotor drop was calculated, and the deformation of auxiliary bearing was calculated by the method of quasi-static analysis . The calculation results show that at different speeds, the force applied to the ancillary bearing after the drop of the vertical rotor at a certain time is approximately the same, and the contact force at the late drop reaches a constant value related only to the rotor before the drop (including rotor speed, mass, etc.) Auxiliary bearing deformation and the contact force, while the auxiliary bearing deformation in the macro-performance of the bearing system vibration displacement. Therefore, the auxiliary bearing vibration displacement can be used as a measure of auxiliary bearings own state parameters.
