目的了解天津市医院超声探头及其耦合剂带菌状况和消毒方法。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对医院使用中的超声探头及耦合剂染菌情况进行了调查。结果检测天津市医院使用中超声探头100份样品,细菌总数超标率为22%,未检出致病菌;医院所有超声探头均不进行消毒处理。检测使用中超声耦合剂50份样品,细菌总数超标率为50%,未检出致病菌;抽检5种市售耦合剂产品,细菌总数超标率为40%,其中1种耦合剂检出绿脓杆菌。结论医院使用中超声探头均不作消毒处理,细菌污染超标率较高,卫生状况堪忧,可能成为医院感染的隐患。超声探头消毒和耦合剂卫生质量控制应引起有关部门重视。
Objective To understand the status and disinfection methods of ultrasonic probe and its coupling agent in Tianjin Hospital. Methods In-situ sampling and bacterial quantitative detection methods were used to investigate the use of ultrasonic probes and coupling agents in hospitals. Results Totally 100 samples of ultrasonic probe used in Tianjin hospital were detected. The rate of exceeding the total number of bacteria was 22%. No pathogen was detected in the hospital. All the ultrasonic transducers in the hospital were not disinfected. 50 samples of ultrasonic couplant were tested, the total bacteria exceeded 50%, and no pathogen was detected. Five kinds of commercially available coumarin products were tested, the total bacteria exceeded 40%, of which 1 couplant detected green Pseudomonas. Conclusion The ultrasonic probes used in the hospital are not disinfected, the high rate of bacterial contamination exceeding the standard, worrying health conditions, may be a hidden danger of nosocomial infection. Ultrasound probe disinfection and coupling agent health quality control should cause the relevant departments attention.
