医院文化是现今医学界及管理界讨论的一个热点问题,医院文化作为一种先进的管理理念和管理方法,提升了医院核心竞争力的价值,并逐渐被广大医院管理者所认同。和谐医院文化的实质就是把“人”作为现代医院管理活动的主体,并积极主张大力利用和开发医院的人力资源,通过医院文化建设来达到实现医院建设和发展的目标。本文在引出现代医院文化的基础上,提出了如何构建和谐医院所需要的医院文化。
Hospital culture is a hot topic in the current medical and management circles. As an advanced management concept and management method, hospital culture has enhanced the value of the hospital’s core competitiveness and has gradually been recognized by the majority of hospital administrators. The essence of the harmonious hospital culture is to regard “human” as the main body of modern hospital management activities, and actively advocate the vigorous use and development of human resources of the hospital, and achieve the goal of hospital construction and development through hospital cultural construction. Based on the modern hospital culture, this paper proposes how to build the hospital culture that is required for the harmonious hospital.
